Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service/order not activated
Technical issue from our side preventing service delivery
Cancellation request submitted before project/service work has started
Incorrect billing amount charged

Consultation fees
Brokerage or registration charges
Marketing or promotional services already executed
Custom business solutions after approval

4. Refund Request Process

Reason for refund request

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of payment.

5. Refund Approval

Once your request is reviewed:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Zerofy Brokerz reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before service processing begins. Once work has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Third-Party Services

Zerofy Brokerz is not responsible for refunds related to third-party tools, software, gateways, or external service providers connected with your project.
